Quality Policy

CUERVA is a leading company in the electrical sector at the local level, and with projects and markets at the international level. Our mission is the commercialization, distribution, and generation of electrical energy, as well as the design, execution, operation and maintenance of electrical, communications and control installations. In all this we always offer our customers the highest commitment to quality, efficiency, cost, environmental care, and the efficient use of energy.

To this end, this integrated Quality, Environment, Energy and Occupational Health and Safety Policy has been drawn up, which is the framework within which our objectives are established.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) meets the applicable requirements set down in the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The cornerstones of our policy are as follows:

  1. Our main goal is the consolidated growth of all our business areas, both nationally and internationally, using technology as a driving force.

  2. Both incremental and disruptive technology-based innovation is one of our priorities.Continuous improvement is part of the company's philosophy.

  3. Our number one priority is to respond satisfactorily and with total transparency to our customers. Real engagement with the customer and professionalism are our hallmarks.

  4. The internal customer is another of our priorities, forming work teams to achieve the objectives we have set. In addition, our company is committed to eliminating hazards and reducing the risks of our activity, providing safe and healthy working conditions that prevent injuries and damage to health, both for our workers and other stakeholders that may be affected.

  5. Implementing an adequate communication strategy between all organizational levels is essential for continuous improvement, including a commitment to consulting our employees on those decisions that may affect them.
